Discussion: Iraqi President To Trump: 'Don't Overburden Iraq With Your Own Issues'

Ever since Desert Storm

Oh, I’m sure Newt has absolutely no concern about whether his superlative false praise of trump comes anywhere near reality. He’s just unashamedly sucking up so his wife keeps her cushy perch as ambassador to the Vatican.

Especially their daddy issues and feelings of inadequacy.

Trump still thinks a Ba’athist is the guy Melania called in to add gold plumbing fixtures.

and all the men and women merely payers

Yup, basically, Trump by a combo of being perceived as rash and unthinking, plus insulting the entire arab world, is person non-grata everywhere in the Islamic world except Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait. Given a choice of support from Iran, shifting to Iran’s side or sticking with Trump, its an easy call.

In the short, medium, and long term, the Saudis/UAE/Nuttyahoo egging on Trump’s worse instincts has been disastrous for our ability to create a stable and modernized arab world.

Donald Trump is the only person on the world’s stage^ who can make Vladimir Putin look like a good guy.

^they have their entrances and their exits.… may Trump’s exit be soon.

My advice to Donnie for his Reality Show Presidency: “Exit, Stage Left.”

“Don’t overburden Iraq with your own issues,”

BURN!

That stings more than a thrown shoe.

I’ve heard great things about the recent DC Comics reboot of Snagglepuss, where he is portrayed as a gay Southern Gothic playwright (think a feline Tennessee Williams) who is being persecuted by the government during the McCarthy era.

“He didn’t ask Iraq about this,” Salih said Monday.

Add Salih to the list of people Trump didn’t consult, right below acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan.

  1. “We find these comments strange,” said Barham Salih, speaking at a forum in Baghdad.
  2. "He didn’t ask Iraq about this,” Salih said Monday.
  3. He said U.S. troops were in Iraq as part of an agreement between the two countries
with a specific mission of assisting in the fight against the Islamic State group and combatting “terrorism.”
  4. He said the Iraqi constitution forbids the use of Iraq as a base to threaten the interests or security of neighboring countries.
  5. “Don’t overburden Iraq with your own issues,”

Salih has been hearing about Trump’s orders to the DoD for a few weeks and has been fully-briefed on Iraq’s response/strategy. Trump needs a “win” and pushing around Brown folks has always been his go-to.

Not sure about cruise missiles - I think it is more like he sees that he fixed up a tear down he didn’t own, for Brown tenants, and now is bullying the Brown people into conveying the property to him.SAD!

Not only that, but tRump was all for the war in Iraq before he started peddling that he was against it when he started running for prez. He did a major flip-flop on that and like so many things he says and does, no one confronted him on his lie or pointed out the truth to his earlier statements because he was already on to his next big LIE in order to distract.

By opening his big fat yapper, Trump just guaranteed that American troops will lose this base in Iraq. This is an example of the arrogant clueless mentality that criticized Obama for pulling out of Iraq in 2011. The reality is that the Iraqis did not want us there and would not sign a Status of Forces Agreement that was acceptable to the US.
