Actually, Christie’s chances of becoming President of the United States were destroyed ever since he couldn’t bring himself to put down the pizza.
It sounds brutal and unfair but the people of the United States just don’t elect fat presidents. They don’t. With one exception. The only time we did was in 1909 and shortly afterward President William Howard Taft got his fat ass stuck in the bathtub. THAT was when people considered obesity as a mark of success. Now we just consider it a mark of an incipient heart attack.
Christie’s vindictive nature–illustrated by the Bridges incident-- was the final nail in the grand piano crate that he will have to be buried in.

In the recent NYT piece on Christie he was quoted as saying regarding traveling on other people’s dimes and accepting gifts, he wanted to squeeze all the juice out of the orange. This greedy bastard with any luck will have to squeeze into something orange very soon.

Christie got nasty with that nurse retuning from West Africa after she treated Ebola patients but was not sick herself. He forced her into isolation and the actual bad part was his complete misapprehension of the science involved. Karma is a righteous beyatch when she gets angry and bites her intended victim in his sensitive parts. Good thing Mrs darr has stocked up on pop corn recently.

A bit off-topic, but on the site’s front page, the caption under the Christie photo relates to Obama’s remarks about Christ. Not really related, despite the spelling. I think the latter would be Christy, if you’re looking for an adjective.
