Does he honestly think that the ‘Soviet Union Putin’ is different in any way from the ‘Russian Putin’?

As I’ve said before, none of these people are accurately portraying what Reagan was actually like or what he actually did. They’ve lionized and mythologized him to the point where they can say anything at all about him in public and it will all be taken as true.
