If they thought that was fun, wait until the GRUmp crew see the sentencing roller coaster:
āBut as Flynn exited the courtroom, the atmosphere shifted yet again. Dozens of demonstrators were waiting for him with signs and chants. āU-S-A, U-S-A,ā they yelled as he entered his SUV.ā
They obviously donāt know how to spell Turkey.
The really sad, sad, say thing is that there is no video of Sullivan! That would make great GIFs, not to mention campaign advertisements. Great to have someone really call out what the Trumpsters are, which is borderline traitors, if not traitors.
Here are the answers from a criminal defense attorney!: 1. The craziness of his attempt to be both fish and fowl? His legal strategy is at the command of Donald Trump. Trump tells Flynn what to tell Flynnās lawyers to do. That is why their actions are schizophrenic. 2. Why does Judge want to give Flynn more time?. Because Flynn, by mentioning his treasonous actions as an aside in the reply to sentencing recco;, Flynn will claim that any attempt to further sentence him violates double jeopardy. Judge sees it, and is saying āIf you want me to give up the DJ card I have, YOU GONNA PAY!! Jail time, or prison timeā 3. Idiot Andrea Mitchell āseems the Judge might now recommend jail timeā Idiot, he sentences, the judge does not recommend a sentence. 4. The Judges see he, and Cohens judge, and Manaforts judge, are the thin blue line, preventing this country from being completely swept into fascism. We are close, a thread away. And Putin will not give up the control he has without bloodshed. So the Judge Sullivan sentence will be jail time (up to 1 year) or prison time (1 year +). i wrote a fictional script last week where I was judge and I gave Flynn Life w/o parole based on his cooperation, otherwise the gallows. HE SOLD us out to the Ruskies. And Sullivan knows it. 5. Donāt be surprised if Flynn gets āthe chainā. In other words, if Sullivan gives Flynn the maximum allowable by law under the crimes as charged, 6 1/2 years? C-E-L-E-B-R-A-T-E good times, come on!!!
Everyone involved with the conspiracy is a traitor. Everyone involved in the cover-up is a traitor. Trump, Flynn, Manafort, Gates, Cohen, Bannon⦠too many to list here.
They should all be labeled so. Even a feral trumper would understand that traitors will not MAGA.
If I knew how, Iād post a video of the opening cataclysm from Final Destination 3 right here!
Why does no one, not one TV airhead, bring up Trumps level of forbearance with Hillary Clinton, if she KNEW anyone suspected, she was"ineligible" to br president; but his entire cabinet can be convicted, and he only a technicality away from being charged, and that in no way effects his suitability to be president? And 1 last thing, I been saying for 2.2 years, and cannot give source. But its true. Every last word, in the dossier, is true. There is a spelling error based on Cyrillic. That is it.
What part of āThis traitor sold out his uniform and betrayed our country to Russiaā donāt they understand?
(āAll of them, Katie!ā)
It all started going downhill for Flynn shortly after U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan called the court to order.
He then produced a comically large gauntlet and proceeded to bitch slap the former 24-day National Security Advisor as spectators alternately oohed, aahed and cheered.
Man, the judge ripped him to shreds. Iāve only seen Larry Nassar get a bigger hazing
To make it easy for laymen to understand, in a nutshell, here are the legal arguments Judge Sullivan used on folks like Hannity, Dershowitz, Bongino and all the others:

Iām sorry, remind who āRoger Stoneā is, again?
When the judge talks about ātreasonā, heās not referring to the common understanding of the public and certainly not the talking heads. To commit a treasonous act ā that is, one that is laid out in the series of federal criminal code in a series of provisions ā one doesnāt have to engage in armed conflict with the government of the US or give āaid and comfortā to an enemy in declared wartime. Those are some of the provisions of the criminal code, but not all of them.
The judge is certainly very familiar with the criminal code that applies, although MSM ignores it because, well, Iām not sure why. The chargeable offense is ā as Iāve posted before ā 18 USC 2383:
Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
The term āinsurrectionā could mean the use of violence, but itās not limited to that. Assisting or inciting a hostile foreign power to meddle in our presidential election via illegal means would probably fit most peopleās definition of insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof" per the statute. 18 USC 2381 is the statute for the common definition of treason.
Now that a federal judge has broken the dam on asserting that a key party with the capability to commit such as crime may have done so, Iām hoping that MSM and the public will recognize that Flynnās and Trumpās and Manafortās and Don Jrās and Jared Kushnerās and the entire crew broke a very serious the law simply because they didnāt think itās wrong to do whatever it took to win the presidency. But these laws are on the books not just for terrorists or potentially violent anarchists, although it would certainly apply to them as well. A law-abiding presidential candidate and his minions who incited or assisted or ā perhaps most accurately but still just as culpably ā set on foot the Russian intervention with the promise or indulgence of reductions in sanctions, have committed a treasonous act. That this law-breaking was successful in its purpose is irrelevant. Itās still a heinous crime and one which carries with it removal from or denial of office.
I think what the judge is saying is that Flynn better have given up his co-conspirators in what appears to him to be treason, or heās going to jail for a good long time even if the prosecution thinks he cooperated.
I missed the briefing. Did Sarah Smocky-Eye call him an Angry Democrat?
By your absolute confidence in the truth of the dossier, I can only conclude that you are either a Russian prostitute or Agent Strzok.
It most certainly is true.
@truckeened - huh?
Yeah and Reagan was a long way from the worldās brightest president. Who knew how far down it was going to go from him? W then Trump.
God the GOP is awful.
