No offence, but you might entertain the possibility that you did. I think that you were highlighting or underscoring the fact that homegrown terrorism is somehow invisible to Obama´s right wing critics, who are fixated on the non-Christians massacring people, for whatever quotient of their religion has anything to do with it, to the exclusion of some of our other homegrown terrorists. Obama did a masterful job, I thought, in grounding the un-Americanism of Trump´s attacks on Muslims. Hillary, as per usual, was doing a bit of triangulating by announcing that she was not afraid to say ¨Islamic terrorism¨, while at the same time attacking Trump for doing just that. If I were Obama, I´d find that amusing that that followed his speech.
Hillary probably needs a definitve poll before she can just plainly say that it´s wrong to say ¨Islamic Terrorism¨.

I agree with Obama about not using the word ¨Islamic¨ in describing ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh. His rationale that it´s not accurate, it´s not strategic, and, moreover, it´s un-American to attacking a whole religion and its adherents, makes sense to me. That´s why HRC´s statement that she´s ¨happy to say … radical Islamism¨ is so disgusting.
