They see the NRA and its allies—whether mealymouthed politicians or mendacious commentators peddling conspiracy theories—as mere shills for those who make money selling weapons of war to whoever can pay. They’re as comfortable speaking truth to power as they are dismissive of platitudes and punditry?
I miss him too. I wish he had been this blunt more often during his presidency. I hope there’ll be more of this type of rhetoric.

Agreed. Something bubbled up from dark pits of hell to counter Obama’s progressive stance. But in one way I am glad. This festering ugliness has always been there. Now it is in the light of day where we can see it and counter it as much as possible.

Obama stole most of his commentary from a Melania speech.
Since Obama’s black, this episode of The Daily Show kind of goes with it because it’s got a lot of black humor. I particularly like that it explains why there is “black” time.
