He has untreated PTSD and has done nothing in Congress except vape, spend money illegally and drink all of the tequila in DC. Golf balls for wounded veterans - his wife is complicit, they are both just cheap crooks with crook envy of the Trumps. I read somewhere that they had over $30,000 in overdraft charges from their bank. They need counseling, not congressional power.
