Not only is he still a high-ranking naval officer — a rear admiral — he’s still in the White House Medical Unit, albeit no longer as Trump’s personal physician.

Some things I’d like to bring up …
donnie shows every sign of having a ’ low self esteem ’ start —
That generally is created pretty early on … but not always …
Usually in adolescence … the feelings of not being good enough somehow
are started … by teachers , parents, peers … and once that happens, it gives fertile ground for numerous crops of dysfunction to flourish —
Many times, the ’ I’m gonna show everyone … prove them wrong ’ mindset takes hold … and that can manifest the classic overachiever –
When things begin to go well for these types … it is all too likely that greed and a sense of entitlement begin — After all… some pats on the back are pretty good compared to how these people really feel inside — The problem with that, is the accolades are generally based on what this person HAS … the THINGS they have been able to gain … a material showing of our societal view of success ----
Not on who this person is INSIDE —
And in order to get more pats … You need to keep getting and having —
Now, addiction is often isolated as having to do with an outside substance … and it’s introduction into the body causing a mood altering experience — There are many other things, however, that are often overlooked that can cause dopamine to activate without a classic physical addiction — Disorders which include overeating … thrill seeking … even love! –
Addictive ‘personality’ runs in donnie’s family … I guess his brother Freddy ruined himself with booze –

His behavior shows all the signs of a self-esteem start … overachiever progression into greed and self-entitlement … and resulting in a need … no …an obsession to be liked … be popular … and it even goes byond that —

There is no remedy beyond severe medication and a rubber room —

I remember many a Reagan press conference where he would amble on with a give and take with reporters. Then they would catch his misstatements or flat out lies. Afterwards the Orwellian named press secretary Larry Speaks would come out and issue clarifications.
And of course who can forget his first debate with Mondale when he went early stage Alzheimer’s and talked about driving up the Pacific coast highway.

Let’s hope that episode puts an end to the ridiculous practice of having a military doctor examine and report on the health of the doctor’s literal commander. Even a more conscientious physician can’t be trusted to report truthfully under those circumstances.
