Yes, thatâs very true. Dementia is a whole range of diseases super-imposed on a pre-existing personality, which, in Trumpâs case, was reckless and bigoted from the get-go. Parents like his, who had no military background, send their kids to military school only when they are totally impossible to stand having around.
That said, the Presidency is a demanding job and my advice to the Dems is to nominate someone younger than 70 and preferably not much over 50. Itâs not a job for seniors, no matter how vigorous they seem and what issues one might agree with them on.

One thing comes to mind, though, and thatâs that Omarosa first met Trump in 2004, and then saw him at intervals over the years since. That puts her in a position to notice any changes to his cognitive abilities, and sheâs far from stupid or unobservant. Then, having been fired, sheâs got no reason to be circumspect. But itâs still not remarkable. Weâve all noticed ways in his speech and other signs that heâs very possibly in some sort of notable decline, and he was never up to the job of being president or anything else demanding. He might have been a passable developer when he was 40, but intellectually he was mediocre on his best day and learning and analysis were always beyond him.

Reagan was more gone than Trump in his first term already. One thing Reagan didnt have is that Trump is a rich thug. He is cruel and petty and vindictive.
