Was gillebrand in the audience? Or Leahy, or brown, or…o wtf! None of them will ever get any more contributions from me…stupid, stupid, stupid…and that goes for the entire D party, actually. Too stupid to beat trump and his allies…btw, my money is not going to Bernie either…what a waste. instead I seek avante garde groups who will effectively take down republicans by ANY MEANS POSSIBLE. And I will pay with bitcoin.

Every time a GOP Congressperson has a birthday party catfish the Palin Klan into believing they’ve been invited. That’ll wipe out a few reps.

Absolutely. This has been all about what Franken did to Sessions…or, more accurately, what Sessions did to himself in response to a Franken question…than anything else.

It seems like WE are informed, Al, but that the Congress simply does not care what we ‘know’ or what we ‘think’ or what we ‘want’. THAT is the problem. Best of luck to you. Keep fighting with us!

Well she won, we just have a fucked up EC that has screwed Democrats and the country a couple times in the last 20 years!

This is without a doubt the most hypocritical and outrageous thing Democrats have done in recent memory. They backed their own member Robert Menendez when he was indicted on Federal Corruption charges solely because Chris Christie would have chosen his replacement if he quit. Franken was integral to getting Sessions to lie under oath and we’re throwing him under the bus because of groping allegations from 7-10 years ago. If Gillibrand tries to run for Prez in 2020, I’m never going to support her.

And how the hell can we guarantee his replacement won’t be as terrible of a campaigner as Martha Coakley?

Franken’s resignation makes no fucking sense. FOX and Trump get more ammunition for no reason.

There was an easy solution to Franken’s accusations that would have made everybody happy.

All he had to do was quit the Democratic party and be an Independent. Then the Dems won’t have to defend him and won’t take flack from being associated with him.

“When they go low, we go high.” And a fat lot of good it does us.

ICYMI. See how Sputnik/RT reacted to Painter & Co. Quite telling.

I’ve kept screaming, WE TOLD YA SO!

True, but getting stuck hanging around with Bernie Sanders and Angus King would be kinda cruel.

I love Michelle Obama dearly, but my new motto is: When they go low, I’ll meet you in the root cellar with a cue ball and a switchblade, Altamont style.

Gillibrand will live to regret her role in railroading Franken out of office.

She’s far from pure in this.

Feel the same, brother, feel the same…

I think it’s really important to point out that Richard Painter is a lifelong Republican who worked in the W WH. He’s also a brilliant lawyer who is part of the group suing the administration for violations of the emoluments clause. That said, I can’t help but read his tweets b in his voice.

Only if Angus King weren’t around.
