Here is a case that the parents deserve to be arrested for allowing a 7 year old to be on a motorized vehicle in the street. It was an accident waiting to happen.

Oddly enough, my younger brother was run over by a Good Humor truck when he was about two years old. He just darted out of the yard in front of it. Fortunately the front wheel went over his shoulders and chest, and since he was so young his bones were still somewhat springy, so he was pretty much unhurt.

HEY I drove an ice cream truck…and the carney gig was for only one season I stayed only cause the bearded lady was rather kinky…lol
