Personally, I think that was one of the stupidest answers of the night. Would he collect SS taxes from illegals after he deports them? Maybe Huckabee just gets some kind of perverse thrill out of talking about prostitutes.

If it were to happen, just by cosmic coincidence, that a very large black or brown person were to waylay Mike Huckabee some night en route to the limo and beat him within an inch of his life, that would be…just…interesting.

Not only Social Security, but Medicare too. But I’m sure people would be totally cool with a 25% sales tax. Nevermind that it would be the most regressive income tax ever, hugely benefit the wealthy and creates an enormous shortfall…Huckabee pixie dust will take care of the details.

It was flooding the zone with stupid statements from every single one of them on stage with the rare exception when Kasich was sounding like and arguing a bipartisan position (i.e. not toeing the GOP crazy line).
But I was definitely stunned by how staggering ignorant this one was by Huckabee. That there wasn’t audible gasps form the panel or the audience was shocking, then I remember what channel was hosting this and who the GOP debate audience was made up of.

Well there was healthy applause, not sure I would call it “thunderous” though I could only judge by the television and wasn’t in the auditorium.
Biggest applause line was Trump’s boorish Rosie O’Donnell insult from my recall.
