Not really. Notice that it’s for interviews, not a public hearing. The GOP will get exactly what it wants from this: transcripts it can cherry-pick for out of context quotes and information to send over to Faux News while Goodlatte abuses his power to refuse release of the entire transcript.
These goofballs don’t realize that the story is moving faster than they are. This is something they might have done last year, but now it is just old news.
