The yellow cables need to be replaced ASAP.
The contrast with the GOP passing symbolic bills is that this one, if enacted, would be a good thing rather than a complete clusterfsck. I look forward to a revived version passing the senate.
The purpose of passing bills like these that will certainly fail in the Senate, bills that are clearly good for citizens, is simply to use it as election talking points. Get the Republicans in Congress on record voting against these things.
There are slim odds that Yertle will even allow this bill to come up for a vote. I’m sure he’s enriched himself with plenty of donations from the cable companies and he never bites the hand that feeds him. He really needs to be defeated in 2020, along with the traitor he’s aiding and abetting.
I find it beyond belief ludicrous that the dotard is accusing the investigators of Russian attacks on our elections of treason?
Attacks confirmed by repeatedly by our intelligence agencies.
Ajit Pai then said “Please ask me about my Reese’s mug! Please, please, please!”
I happened to meet my wife on America Online. But I’m glad their nineties-era plan to balkanize the Internet into a curated, proprietary fiefdom, failed. People had a choice because of net neutrality.
I call Republicans the party of Russian lovers for many reasons besides the Rump, and their wholly anticompetitive spirit is a big manifestation.
I’m very unhappy to see this issue arise again. After all, the telecomm companies have done everything in their power to bring us a free, fair, and open internet and we have to trust that they’ll continue to do so.

My cable company finally scheduled installation of neutral internet service for my home. I just have to make sure somebody is home during the 4-decade service window.
Yes. And the asshole with the humongous Reese Peanut Butter Cups coffee mug and his fellow appointees are gone.
I’m pretty sure “net neutrality” was the rule going back to the 90s, not just Obama.
Net Neutrality was the rule pretty much from the beginning, but not in such a formalized way. And then the FCC made it official.
Until they didn’t.
Remember when republicans used to complain about the economic damage done by uncertainty?
