This whole episode stinks, and itâs a setup to undermine the Mueller investigation. The memo itself isnât anything new, and even cherry picked itâs a ladle of weak sauce. The FBI and the Democrats need to push hard to show how politicized this is, and stay on it through whatever the Republicans try next. This will only help the Democrats in the election with people who donât want the government to do things like this, and sow more distrust of Trump. It will hopefully also open eyes at the FBIâŚthey may have thought Republicans are on their side, but it should be clear to them now that Republicans only want power and will destroy anything that gets in their way.
Itâs a dangerous time for our nation, lawless actions like this from the government can easily spill over into even worse ones. Only good people, and their will to change the course, can stop this.

Trump is who he is -a raging narcissistic monster not capable of seeing anything outside his own immediate needs, and Nunes is his lackey. The person who could have and should have put a stop to this is Paul Ryan - the grinning psychopath. Completely derelict in his duty and no longer able to differentiate right from wrong, heâs the worst Speaker in my memoryâŚand thatâs including Hastert, Gingrich and DeLay. I canât believe Iâm saying this, but I hope the FBI is taking names.

This statement is a good start from House Dems. Butâand I know itâs early yetâwhere are the highest profile Dems on this? The â20 candidates? I donât mean, whatâs their opinion. I mean, where are they today, and why arenât any of them in front of a throng of fed up, cheering people, providing a glimse at an alternative to the madness from this lawless administration? Signing up voters, providing hope and enthusiasm? Somebody, please?! I like Schaff but is he all weâve got? Warren, Sherrod Brown, Sanders with that enormous mailing list? Where are they, what are they doing? Is there any sort of organized response in the works?
If its Monday and all we have to show are some emails from Perez and lingering hope that Mueller can actually harpoon the big fish, I will officially transform to Charlie Brown next to the âThe doctor is outâ sign.
This is a great statement for thoughtful people - we also need a lot of Dems shouting treasonous liar from the rooftops also for the vast majority who donât dig into the details. The time for nuance is over.

Yeah, I liked the way Schiff handled the repukes at the 11 hour long Marathon Kill Hillary Grillathon, fending off serious pukes like Trey Gowdy and the âwicked witch of the westâ look-alike Martha Roby from the miserable state of Alabama.
Iâd like him to stay in House so as Chair he can undo some damage to HPSCI done by #TeamTreason.
