I have a question about NDAs and criminal activities? Do they stand up when presented with a legal need to know?
You cannot contract away criminal actions. It’s not a legal contract.
NDAs are not enforceable against people in public office. There is a right to know.
Two things I want to know about this:
One, how does this impact the Mueller investigation? Seems like in the past there has been some negotiation between his office and congressional committees about who witnesses talk to and how that affects liability.
Two, who is doing the interviewing? Are the Democrats being (once again) shut out?
I don’t know about groping, but he’s sure screwed her on this. She’d better hope she’s got money to pay an attorney, but why is there a sneaky little part of me that suspects she’ll somehow be the only Dump insider to go to prison?
