When and how does this all penetrate the minds of Trump voters? We’re going to need a significant portion to at least accept who Trump and his hangers on are if only to maintain the stability of the country.

You’d think that until the investigations are completed they would completely disengage from all things related to Russia. That’s what any remotely sane person would do. Hell, even a crazy person would understand that much. All I can think is that whatever Russia has on him is far worse than looking even guiltier.

CNN just said that subpoenas also went out from the house committee regarding the “unmasking” bullshit.
according to CNN these were sent unilaterally by Nunes, who, although recused, retains subpoena power.
WTF. recused but can unilaterally subpoena???

Probably. In lawsuits, corporations can be subpoenaed to testify, and they are supposed to send the corporate representative with the most knowledge about the issues identified in the subpoena. In this case, though, while subpoenaing the corporate entity is wise because it helps to avoid the subjects hiding documents by claiming they belong to the corporation and expands the scope of the response, there is probably nothing to learn from subpoenaing a corporate representative, unless they need to do so to identify documents the corporation produces
Yeah, document production is just as fascinating as you think it is. Which is not at all. Necessary (at least in domestic litigation), but rarely a thrill. .
