Forty-two suicide jihadists exploded themselves in Quebec last year in an effort to force us to put these regulations on oil trains – hence utterly destroying our God-given right to be dependent on fossil fuels! I’m pretty sure that Dana, as my congressman ( and I don’t say that with any sense of pride) has read the NY times piece on how cities are planning for the effects of climate change, but avoiding the terminology. Methinks that Rep Rohrabacher has then gone and connected dots that are not connectable.

Oh, I am quite sure he worked very very hard at it. Being dense is a well tested way to get votes from low information voters. It makes the voter think h’;s just as intelligent as the Congressman.
