that would make it illegal for trains transporting oil to be left unattended.
Dana: Imagine what would happen if an unattended train filled with crude oil was hijacked and re-piloted and sent colliding into a high-rise office tower across town. KA-BOOM!!!
Surely–on the eve of 9/11–you can understand that.
[Edit: I can’t get this joke to work, but it hinges on the principles that trains run on tracks, and that crude oil doesn’t explode.]

OT but worth noting----the Republican Speaker of the House in the South Carolina legislature has just been indicted on 9 criminal counts, including official misconduct and diverting campaign funds for personal use.
I wonder what Dana Rohrabacher will have to say about that?

Dana Rohrabacher, the surfing congressman, is my representative - and a total douche. I can’t believe that someone who professes a love for clean oceans and surfs here in Huntington Beach could be a climate denier.
