Surely they have grounds to subpoena them?

Love the look on her face in that picture. It says “you GOPers may not think I can get this gavel up your asses head-first, but that’s where it’s going whether you like it or not.”

This is good stuff for the nation and the base. The msg is there’s a new sheriff in town; oversight, and protecting health care is the name of our game.

Mueller must have them. Nadler just subpoenas them from him. Fuck the court fight.

Trump’s worst nightmare: people finding out he’s not actually a billionaire

I’m certain there will be a court fight no matter the path taken. Trump is not a reasonable nor rational man.

Stoning, or lapidation, is a method of capital punishment whereby a group throws stones at a person until the subject dies. No individual among the group can be identified as the one who kills the subject. This is in contrast to the case of a judicial executioner. Often slower than other forms of execution, stoning within the context of contemporary Western culture is considered a form of execution by torture.

“House Dems To Introduce Bill To Force Trump To Release His Tax Return.”

Well that was quick.

Within 24 hours of being sworn in.

I’ll just wait here for the coming torrent of mea culpas from the usual handful of TPM trolls who attacked the new Democratic majority yesterday for not going after Trump’s tax returns soon enough.

Hey man, watch the language…

Arguably, they’d still need to give notice in some fashion to the party whose tax information is involved and Trump would find out anyway from the GOPers on the committee, at which point he’d file for a protective order.

[/quote]Will there be room for the gavel when many of their own heads occupy their same respective spaces?

And the GOP has so demonized her over her earlier tenure that we have a large segment of the electorate who despise her for totally irrational reasons. She’s their model for them librul, latte sippin’, gay-lovin’ Democrats who are ruining the country.

Lets add infrastructure, middle class tax breaks and jobs to that.

Ok by me. Lots of stuff we need to do.

It’s smart politics to do it this way because it builds consensus when they subpoena the records. Courts do consider public opinion on areas where there are judgment calls. If the Dem House backs this measure it means that there is strong support among a majority of Americans.

I believe that it millionaires worst nightmare. What’s likely is that Trump doesn’t pay any taxes because of loses from his previous bankruptcies. I will expose the ultimate hypocrisy of the US tax system, privatizing the profits and socializing the loses. Those valiant risk-taking job-creators are just a bunch of phonies that get the money back from the government via the tax code when ever they lose.

Stop looking at your watch. They’ll have plenty of other complaints because Pelosi is you know, a “she.” Also old. And wealthy. And she didn’t say all the right things fast enough. So much to whine about!
