Well they have to get their travel in you know. “Fact-finding” trips to Paris, Spain, and such. Also, McGrumpy has to visit some more Freedom Fighters so he can publicly diss the President and get more air time (win/win for him, lose/lose for the country – but he doesn’t give a rip).
