I wonder if Holder can bring obstruction of justice charges against the Ferguson PD, and, in particular, the chief of police that released the video?
Who is OBVIOUSLY biased because Obama IRS #Benghazi!
Oh, and Holder’s also from “the same continental region” as Brown, so he should be impeached ASAP – as God intended!

I don’t think that the FPD obstructed justice with the release. They would have obstructed justice if they didn’t provide that video to the prosecutors.
There is a difference between releasing evidence to the prosecutor and selectively releasing evidence to the media - as far as I know, they’ve somehow managed to not release the incident report for the shooting to the public, but they released the incident report for the robbery.

If there is marijuana in the dead fellow’s body, there is no way of accurately knowing when it got there, as the test is detecting the last 2-3 weeks of activity. This is what makes it stupid for field sobriety testing in DUI cases…even AZ SC judges said so.
The video will have no bearing on the case because the officer who shot Brown was unaware that he was a suspect.
