I’m confused. Is Hulk suing because he never said what Gawker said he said…or is he suing because Gawker said he said it?

So he’s suing for for the losses he suffered as a result of what he said, because he had reasonably anticipated it would never be revealed? Hmm.

You mean people are actually against Hulk Hogan landing another piledriver on the media cesspool that is Gawker and its subsidiaries? You don’t have to like Hogan, but you really have to get your head examined if you’re against what Hogan is doing to Gawker. Here’s a nugget from the last trial in case you missed it.

In his place I would’ve taken the 140 million and shut up, trying to be remembered for all the positive things I did in my life and not for suing everybody. And he didn’t exactly deny these remarks.
