Correct. I assume Sanders will also be agreeing that Davis must follow the law and respect the courts and perform her duty.

Heh… She said doodie…

This entire thing is silly. The GOP wants to use Davis as an example of the evil Federal Government trying to tell you want to do. When what the democrats should simply do is make it a case of DAVIS trying to tell her deputy clerks what to do.

“Marriage equality is the law of the land. Officials should be held to their duty to uphold the law—end of story.”
.
So I guess this means we will see mass jailing or resignation of DHS, ICE, and DOJ employees who failed to do their duty to uphold immigration law?

Do these people realize the logical extension of the “deeply held religious beliefs” position is to make Sharia law legal and permissible in the US? After all, they amount to the same thing except one isn’t Christian.

I agree 100%.

Now, about sanctuary cities. This is a situation in which elected officials pledge to not uphold their jobs about illegals.

So, who here is going to say that all those elected officials in CA who do NOT assist ICE in deporting murderers, rapists, and assorted other criminals should be jailed?

Gee, you and I are on exactly the same page. Seems like the D party is hell bent for leather that the elected officials should marry as many gays as possible. When it comes to deporting criminals who go on to kill innocent young women in broad daylight, well, there is a whole new standard, the Calhoun standard - you get to NULLIFY whatever laws you want.

Yep, picking and choosing, that’s the standards that the D party has today. Uphold the law in one area, break it in another. That’s a party of moral character, for sure, and that’s the principle of LAW not MEN. NOT.

Thank you!

Come now TP, you CAN do a better job of selecting photos of Hillary, some of the photos that picture are NOT good enough, are you working for the Republicans? Do a better JOB.

I agree with Mrs. Clinton. End of story. Well, except for the incessant whining sounds from conservative Christians over this persecution of their believed rights to bigotry.

Which makes me wonder why the Bundy Bunch or Westboro Baptists haven’t jumped to action and exploited this situation yet. To martyr or not to martyr, that is their question.
