Not to diminish the qualities of the yet unknown future first female President, but I really regret that the country missed the opportunity to elect so qualified a person as its first woman President.

Many say there are parts of the ACA that need to be tweaked. The Dems should now make a public statement on their support for those tweeks leaving the R’s once again in the uncomfortable position of not caring about those who have in the past voted for them.

I can almost hear Obama on a phone call to Hillary: “Do you believe these motherfuckers? I mean, seriously, do you BELIEVE these motherfuckers?!”
Almost as many people have died from Obamacare as have died from legal marijuana. I mean, the numbers are astounding. Just ask Jeff Sessions, our resident marijuana expert from 1935.

Don the Con’s anger must be a wonder to behold. It’s almost as bad for him as it will when he is removed from office by impeachment.
Ok, so this is a victory, but is no one else worried about what’s going to happen next?
Trump has shown that he has no thoughts for anyone who isn’t a multimillionaire supporter of his. You don’t think the GOP and Trump won’t be doing their utmost to prove that Obamacare is failing?
They want it to fail and they don’t care who gets hurt as they make it fail, just to prove they’re right. They’ll do it in steps. The next bill will be first of a piecemeal repeal, probably cutting the ACA-related taxes on the wealthy. They’ll kill the Medicaid rollout in a separate bill. And so on.
The fight isn’t over until we can get Congress and the Senate back.
Watch for the Rs to go after Medicaid in order to pay for lower taxes on the rich. It will cost states a bundle, some of which won’t be able to put it in their budgets. We dodged a bullet today, but somewhere in R Land vile creatures are planning their next move.

Hey, Hillary. It would be fantastically schadenfreudelicious if you would order 12 extra-large pies from Comet Ping Pong Pizza in DC and have them delivered to the White House and say they’re from Alex Jones so Trump can pig out and forget his failure for the night.

Destroying Medicaid was part of this bill and one reason it was so opposed, especially by Republican governors who know how badly Medicaid is needed in their states.
Yes indeed - I’m wondering what else they could do to sabotage the ACA that doesn’t require congressional approval.
Mainly I’m thinking there may be quiet deals to encourage insurance companies to pull out of the exchanges and/or encourage double digit premium rises.
