Yeah, like whose turn it is to fuck the family goat.

“One of the students, senior Houston Miller, told the AP that he will wear clothing with the Confederate flag on Friday too.”
Or: “Ahmm an Ignorant Bigot and Damn Proud of it!”

23 Students, otherwise known as: “The Varsity Football Team”.

Appalachia ( actually a very beautiful place ) extends all the way into New York. It’s got Jersey and Penn as well. But since those are in the Superior North I guess they just fuck angora sheep up there. You know… high class sheep.

That’s okay. They probably didn’t have the intellectual goods to graduate, anyway.

While we may not agree with the t-shirt’s messages, this is arguably a First Amendment violation. This is not “bong hits for Jesus,”. This is much close to political speech.

Good. Nothing to add to that.

agree completely. I remember when HS students of my generation we suspended etc for wearing “Stop the War” t-shirts. This is no different.
While I think the flag etc are symbols of racism and intolerance so be it.

Yes, but as it is currently considered inflammatory, it is not allowed in school. Heck, my kids can’t even wear a plain polo shirt if the logo is “bigger than a postage stamp.”

It does stifle their speech, but isn’t a 1st amendment violation. Intentionally trying to make a racial statement is different than “Stop the War!”

I’m guessing that the school’s dress code has been the subject of at least one school board meeting and the adult residents of the school district approve of that particular provision in the dress code.

Looks like a gang sign to me.

None of these rocket scientists could build a clock from scrath with their own guns to their heads.

And because of social media we know who these idiot kids are (and their even stupider parents) and when they want jobs this will be what shows up.

The Courts give schools a lot of leeway on First Amendment restrictions, as long as the restrictions are not discriminatory or applied in a discriminatory fashion.

The school’s mascot is a Crimson Trachea.

Here’s the ultimate proud Southern Heritage representative and a fellow who knows how to comport himself and display the flag with the dignity each deserves:
