I want to see the intersection of the counties this exemption with the the counties with more opioid overdose deaths. It may even make sense, why force somebody to buy health insurance if he is going to OD in six months?

But in general it doesn’t seem to be the older people with a list of complaints who are going uninsured if they can at all afford it (except for the crazies who believe the whole idea is evil because black man). It’s the younger invulnerable types.
