I think this is how it works for Mr Cain:
Mr Cain is delivered some crazy talk from the fringe and riffs off that. And runs into an epic fail.Then he experiences that “deer in a headlight” feeling.
I suspect Mr Cain has no idea what impeachment is all about, how it is done, and why it is done. Each time a President has been impeached, so far, it has been for essentially political reasons and not for actual “high crimes and misdemeanors” as the Constitution states. The one time it should have been applied for crimes committed the protagonist , Nixon, resigned before the hammer could have been brought down on him.
