The Clinton email issue was an obvious political witch hunt from the beginning. At the time in question it would have come after the exhaustive benghazi probes, so why move faster than normal workload?? Many more higher priority issues. It wasnt like she night win and then try to stop any probes.
I think if I stood under a the leaking septic tank of a military prison with my mouth open Iâd feel cleaner than I do after reading that article.

Slow rolled, my ass. At work, a guy who threatened me Friday before Thanksgiving doesnât have his court date until the end of February. On a disorderly conduct charge! This is a hugely complicated federal case, three weeks is about as close to STAT as they get.

Iâve been saying all along that Comey was forced to go public with it, the NY office was going to leak it. And then it looks like a huge cover up, FAR worse. Comey at least hurried the investigation and announced prior to the election that there was squat there.
Yes, I think some heads are going to roll at the NY office, and also I would not doubt if Rudy G was who they used to âleakâ through, love to see him get nailed too.
So the FBI has been slow-rolling their production of documents to Congress that focused on this incident for the last year because of politics?
Perhaps Comey might have cleaned out that FBI office in NYC while he was getting paid by the taxpayers to lead the FBI. Peter Principle, here, I believe. Jmho

There is so much shit hitting the fan today. I suspect some of this newest breaking news is the Mueller investigative team trying to get ahead of the concocted memo that Nunes is putting out.
I am deeply worried about all of it. It reminds me of the fires we went through in that much depends on which way the wind blows. So much criminality within the GOP! What in Godâs name do they have on these people that they are either dropping out of politics altogether, or holding fast to the hellish Trump ship? Surely they must know that however sweet an immediate victory might be, investigation and ultimately, history, will expose them all?

In other news, the NYT reports that Hope Hicks is in all likelihood going down and is a direct path for Mueller to Trump. At least, thatâs my takeaway.

Slowrolled? DOJ directives are that the FBI isnât supposed to do anything on a file within 60 days of an election.
But these could be part of the original missing e-mails, breathlessly proclaimed the Director of the F.B.I.
Comey was actually shouting at Senator Feinstein who is Ranking Member on the committee that is supposed to oversee his little shop of horrors. At one point, visibly cowed, the Senator slumped back in her chair. And he never did answer the question she askedâwhy it was necessary for him to announce the investigation when he did.
He also claimed he made the right decision and would do it again, didnât he?

Exactly, I caught a lot of hell on here from various people for saying it at the time, but the reality is that itâs true. And hopefully Muellerâs team will expose it. Also, what a lot of people ignore is that Comey wanted to go public with Russian interference in the summer of 2016, he even had an Op-Ed written for the NY Times. But the Obama Admin stopped him. They did not want to appear to political, and figured Hillary would win. An excusable strategic mistake, but in no way is that Comeyâs fault. In fact, he could have been a dick and indicted Hillary on technicalities if he wanted to.
Plus the reality is that Anthony Weiner is the one who presented the FBI NY office with the opportunity to influence the election. Without his laptop, the email thing does not come up near the election. And frankly Huma was not too bright to share ANYTHING on a computer with that lowlife after he had been caught sexting.
