Makes perfect sense. He’s ordered some of his chattel, er, federal workers back to work for free. Now he wants his DOJ to start exerting control over his land, serfs be damned.

Just to add to your argument Texans pay some of the highest property taxes at 1.81 percent on their annual property taxes. And since Texans don’t pay state income taxes and no personal property taxes on vehicles taking private property will cut into their state revenues.
This must be Mulvaney. The Dumpster is too dumb to know that you’d have to do this (I.e. Job listings).
But just to agree with others: what a spectacular clusterfuck/self own this sets up. Just wait till those ‘jack-booted thugs’ start trying to actually take land!!! It would be HILARIOUS…if it weren’t actually happening in real life.
