As a gay man, let me be the first to tell you to go fuck yourself. All the progress we have made is damaged by assholes like you.

This will be linked to, retweeted etc. 11 trillion times in first seven minutes all through the wingnuttosphere. Way to go, dipshit. Thanks for nothing.

And, Dude:…a Trumper is NOT going to spray paint “Heil Trump” on a wall. And even if he did, he’s not going to put the E before the I, ever. He’ll likely put it after the L.

Oh, good god.

As a gay man living in semi-rural Virginia (who grew up in rural Virginia), I really do get this man’s fear. It is real – but that does not excuse what he did. What he did just feeds the hate and misunderstanding. I hope he really is remorseful. I’d like to see him write a heartfelt letter to President Trump, apologizing and explaining his actions (and have it published in the local and national press). What Trump does with it is on him, but this man still owns a bad deed.

…in the same vein…Teaocracy looming larger…

Bean Blossom, Indiana?

So the count of Trump inspired hate crimes drops by 1?

(In agreement with others that false claims are harmful to the cause).

The organist did it? Sounds like a ‘Murder She Wrote’ reveal.

Yes. Just north of Nashville, In. About 30 minutes from Bloomington (IU) - where in the same time frame there were several instances of hate-grafitti (Dem HQ, and signs along a city walking/hiking trail).

Thanks. I remember the incidents but (apparently) never noticed the name of the town.

This high-profile incident is just like the occasional false rape allegation in terms of convincing right-wing assholes everywhere that EVERY incident like this is a false flag. In the interest of collecting cases that were truly committed by said assholes, here is at least one incident we can cite that can’t be dismissed.

Thanks for nothing, you fucking moron.

Alex Jones is gonna have a field day with this.

We’re going to be hearing this incident referred to endlessly, for years and years to come, presented as proof positive that any Trump-related anti-Semitic (or racist or whatever) incident that is reported, is probably a “false flag” incident too.
