Actually, who are they really working for? Their client or other. Pushing this line has no bearing on Manafort in context. The only ones it is important to is Trump and his cronies/family by extension. So if I were Pauly, I would feel a bit lonely. My lawyers are using my situation to someone elseâs advantage. A pardon will pull Trump right back into proximity to Manafort. And Paulyâs lawyers are subtly moving Manafort out of Trumpâs orbit. This is really weird messaging isnât it? And cold blooded.
