Discussion: Health Insurer Trade Group Comes Out Against Graham-Cassidy Repeal Bill

Gee, another group that knows about insurance and health care is against the latest Republican health care insurance bill, too. I wonder what those who know about tax cuts for the rich have to say.

ā€œBut the GOP will lose $400 million in Koch money if they donā€™t pass thisā€¦ā€

Thatā€™s what makes this photo so perfect in its projection of total, shameless venality in these pricks.
Theyā€™re all headed for the 9th Circle of the Inferno.

Lindsey Graham should really give up politics in favor of returning to his starring role in ā€œPetticoat Junction.ā€ I mean, really!!

I think they are so used to living in the FoxNews bubble and being intoxicated by the smell of their own farts that they think they can get away with this anywhere. And thatā€™s besides the fact that they are stupid and just plain fucking evil.

He does bear a striking resemblance to Bea Benaderat, doesnā€™t he?

I still say Miz Lindsey Graham (have a little respect, people, after all - oh, and H/T: antisach!) is the anal cyst that got Rush Limbaugh out of serving in Vietnam.
And that picture should be enlarged into poster size and hung in every gay bar in America, with the frightening caption:
THIS IS WHAT YOU MIGHT END UP TAKING HOME IF YOU DO METH!

Donny sez Cassidy is thinking about getting a handjob in the cloakroom but I think heā€™s imagining what it must be like getting a vote out of New Orleans.

Governors donā€™t like it. Insurance trade group doesnā€™t like it, Obama doesnā€™t like it. And so with everyone on their side, the GOP will march on to victory and pass this health care destruction bill.
Even if they fail (I hope they do) and the clock runs out on their simple majority ploy they will still keep trying to resurrect this dead and decayed zombie bill.
The best solution is a single payer expansion of Medicare for all. Paid by removing the salary tax cap so the ultra rich pay their fair 15%. Then after that letā€™s us work on getting medical care itself cheaper. By my own first hand experience I know hospitals have enormous waste. I have seen surgical instruments costing hundreds of dollars tossed out after a single useā€¦ I saved some. I have a set of hemostats and some ultra fine tissue scissors and a needle driver with gold plated finger holes. The whole set of really fine tools easily costs $1000. Tossed after one use. Is it any wonder a simple uncomplicated knee replacement can cost $69,500 (in 2012 dollars)? And thatā€™s a cheap cost when compared to other surgeries.

Iā€™ll be curious to see if Kimmel responds to todayā€™s events. ā€œLast night I said that he lied straight to my face. So today Senator Cassidy went out on the interview circuit and lied about lying. Letā€™s look at the tapeā€¦ā€

But. But. They PROMISED!*

* All other promises null and void. This is the only one we really meant. And only the repeal part too. Replace is too hard and we donā€™t care what happens to the poors anyway. Once we get our tax cuts the rest of you suckers are on your own.

Republicans arenā€™t interested in cutting taxes for anyone except their wealthy donors.
