What that stance is is wholly dependant on the observer. Perhaps we should rename that famous quantum physics thought experiment Trumpās Cat. Haley is an amateur who is out of her league. The emergency Security Council meeting that she requested, held on Friday, was embarrassing to her and to the US. My suggestion to the N. Koreans would be to agree to a cap on their nuclear weapons program in exchange for lifting of sanctions and the removal of all US armed forces from S. Korea and Japan. also , a security pact with China and Russiaā¦
