I can’t wait for a Catholic county clerk in Texas to deny marriage licenses to anyone that has been divorced under the grounds that their marriage is not legitimate in the eyes of the Catholic Church.

If a county clerk, a pharmacist, or a Supreme Court justice cannot perform the stated duties of their job due to their religious convictions, then they should resign. Plain and simple.

The thing is, SCOTUS did not directly make gay marriage legal. Rather, they overturned laws that were deemed unconstitutional.

Too bad none of these frickin “journalists” would press Cruz on this. They just let him get on his stump, and then they proceed to be polite and quiet. “Thanks for your time; we have to run.” She most certainly did NOT grill him.
