I agree with Newt about something!?

If I look out my window I’m sure pigs are flying!

Correct, and blithely un-self aware.

Oh, the knives are going to come out before this thing is over! Sweet, sweet Schadenfreude.

Piss off Newt! You had as much, if not more, of a hand in creating this monster.

You just started decades, yes decades ago fomenting what’s become the new GOP, including this short-fingered vulgarian. Sure Fox is more current but you planted the seeds of what’s become the mighty oak called Trump.

I do hope Hillary is sharpening her ax to bring down this foul tree, roots and all!

Honestly, I couldn’t really tell from the vid if Newt was really “charging” the show for Trump’s presidential candidacy or he actually was praising Trump…

WHHHOOOOOAAAAH that’s so meta I think I’m having an out of body experience. So the guy who has the single most solid claim on having invented the modern iteration of The Crazy (besides maybe Rush Limbaugh or Matt Drudge) is calling out Fox News for having invented its ultimate champion, its evolutionary end result, the apex predator par exellence of the derp ecosystem? How many dogs’ tails am I holding up, and what are they even wagging again?

I hate it when I agree with him. I’ll have to wash my hands with some bleach now.

And then they all looked at each other and said in unison: “IT’S ALIVE, IT’S ALIVE!!!”

They’re also the people who convinced a bunch of rubes that you’re smart, Newt.

So much for all that talk about personal responsibility Newton.

Don’t let Morning Joe off the hook.

And bigger picture, Fox News made Trump possible by radicalizing the conservative base with endless manufactured stories of conspiracies to ‘steal your country from you’. Non-existent voter fraud and endless daily programming intended to delegitimize the Obama presidency.

Kilmeade said Trump has made himself available to networks, unlike Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and Mitt Romney, the 2012 Republican presidential nominee

Clinton is coming on Fox just to get beat up some more. And Romney isn’t even running…

Notice that Fox conveniently ignored Clinton’s appearance/interview on CNN last week.

absolutely correct! FuxNews owns a great deal of the responsibility for creating the huge divide in this country and has perpetuated their lies with impunity.

Actually, Newt, this is the Republican party you and your fellow back-bench bomb throwers created in the early 1990s. You were the ones who threw goodwill and collegiality out of the window with your late night floor antics.

Dr. Newt Frahhnk-en-shteen only created the Monster so the base would be fired up enough to vote for the approved candidate. Now that the Monster is out, rampaging around the countryside, the good doctor is disavowing how he came to exist in the first place. (Note that Gene Wilder seems to have presaged Rump’s hairstyle.)

FNF: Thanks Newt. We do important work all the time. We love bigots of all kind, some even from NY.

Hey, Newt - Remember the time you shut the government down because you had to leave Air Force One through the back door with the rest of the Congressional delegation instead of out the front door with the President?

The person Newt should take credit for inspiring is Ted Cruz.
