Can’t wait to read what Beevis told the committee.

“I had hoped to speak with all the witnesses surrounding the Trump Tower meeting before releasing any of those interview transcripts…"

Do any of you think a$$ley informed the other members of the Committee about his plans before today?

Looks like Calvin-ball to me.

"That has spooked other potential witnesses,” i.e., put them on notice that their prepared responses had already been rebutted by competent testimony.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley (R-IA) said Thursday that he plans to release the transcript of the committee’s interview with Donald Trump Jr., as well as the transcripts of others involved in the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting with a Kremlin-linked lawyer.

Complete, without redactions? I don't see anywhere that the question has even been posed to Grassley.

Grassley trying to help Kush get his story in line with the others before he is questioned it looks like.

Well, if you didn’t want the Ranking Member to unilaterally release the Fusion GPS transcript, then perhaps you shouldn’t have unilaterally referred Steele to the DoJ for prosecution. See how that works, Senator? One underhanded trick is responded to with an equal but opposite underhanded trick.

WaPo said it’s WITH redactions. So we should be able to read all the “and’s” and “the’s.”

WaPo: A spokesman for the senator said later that the transcripts must be redacted and that doing so will take time. It was not immediately clear when that process will be complete.

He pointed to Butthead and said “He did it!” Maybe Grass thinks he’ll be regarded as a strong woman (think Feinstein) once he does something so completely contrary to his nature

He then blamed Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), the committee’s ranking member, for scaring away Kushner by releasing the transcript of the Fusion GPS co-founder.

Bullshit, GrASSHAT. That’s why you have subpoena power. Or, as we all suspect, are you to senile to remember that?

Note to Iowans: That sumbitch gotta go.

Bloomberg News reported that Kushner’s lawyers did not decline an interview with the Senate Judiciary Committee, but asked when lawmakers can disclose the contents of closed-door interviews and asked if Grassley had seen Kushner’s Senate Intelligence Committee interview.

So, Grassley just flat-our lied in order to give Kushner a heads up on other testimony.s

Let us thank the ranking member for this. Even if Kushner agreed to appear, he would lie so at least we can get a look at the other interviews.

None of them seem to grasp the simple principle of cause and effect.

Cause: Firing Comey
Effect: Special Counsel Robert Mueller

I could list at least a dozen other examples but it makes me nauseous to pile up the crimes.

Refresh my memory, is this the interview that Beav/Butt wasn’t under oath? That one?

“I had hoped to speak with all the witnesses surrounding the Trump Tower meeting before releasing any of those interview transcripts. But the Ranking Member unilaterally released the transcript of Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson. That has spooked other potential witnesses,” Grassley said in his prepared remarks. “As a result, it looks like our chances of getting a voluntary interview with Mr. Kushner have been shot.”

“We couldn’t possibly subpoena him.”, he added.

Jr. is already cooked, toast. He can have additional lying tacked onto his previous criminality or not but its only for show. If they actually hit him with perjury I might faint.

Jr. is a lever basically and he’ll be wrenched against his Father and Koosh to prove their involvement or he’ll take all the heat himself which I seriously doubt.
