Grassley has dusted off the playbook that he and the other Republicans in the House and Senate used to obstruct, interfere with, immunize targets and derail the Iran-Contra Congressional and Special Prosecutor Investigations. His earlier comments about investigating Obstruction of Justice were only cover and justification. He and Lindsay Graham are already moving to obtain all of the DRAFT and filed FISA warrant applications EVER filed on the Russia Interference with our Election case, so that they can begin to discredit and leak information to all the GOP targets. They are shameless scumbags.
Clearly we now know of yet another Russian agent in the GOP. His name is Grassley.
I saw that on The Maddow show last night. However, there remains the implication that Grassley must feel that Flynn was wrongly investigated leaving the appearance that he is okay with Flynn. As we have learned, Flynn was originally overheard during routine surveillance of Russians. It was then flagged and rose to the level where a FISA warrant was requested and granted. Grassley also knows a FISA warrant is very serious and if granted there must be supporting evidence.
It is so obvious there is only one person that’s both qualified and impartial enough to delve into Trump’s various alleged transgressions. Sooner or later Ivanka is going to have to relent and get on with this.
Ignore the whining from libs, Grassley. It just means you are being effective. I pray every day that your integrity and strength are enough for you to achieve your goal of providing America with what it needs most at this time of crisis: a thorough investigation of the Whitewater scandal.

Yes, understood. The implication is that somehow, there was absolutely no justification for investigating Flynn, who was collecting money from Russia AND Turkey to do political lobbying for them, and who owns stock in the largest Drone manufacturing company in the USA, and who had been caught on tape reassuring Kysliak that the Obama Russia sanctions would be rolled back. Yes. And he will, like Trump and Nunes and all the other assholes, including Lindsay Graham,will try to weave a narrative that Susan Rice blah blah blah UNMASKING blah blah blah McCabe blah blah blah. There were a lot of clearly guilty people in Iran-Contra, Oliver North, Robert Owen (who recited a poem to Oliver North during his public testimony), Fawn Hall, Oliver North’s secretary, John Pointdexter, CIA Director Richard Casey, Subsecretary of State Elliot Abrams. A whole list of people who deliberately disobeyed the law and covered it up. And the cocaine importation never even got investigated. So I do believe that the GOP plan is to redux their Iran-Contra strategy.

If the guy was not nice to Flynn than one must consider that Flynn himself gave away classified info, said inflammatory remarks multiple times and so on. Given the tough talk of some of these guys you would think they would be better than the snowflakes they claim to hate so much. Seems like standing up to anybody doing the bullying anymore is a violation of their rights in some way.
This is just another part of the warm-up for Grassley and Graham’s upcoming full-court press to derail all of the Senate Judiciary Committee investigations into Trump-Russia.
