Discussion: Grassley, Feinstein Blast State Dept. For Barely Consulting Them On Refugee Cap

Grassley may soon need some kind of whiplash collar. Strongly worded letter sent to admin (last time DOJ, this time State) expressing outrage or condemnation one day, obsequious support for a fetid bill pushed by the admin the next day, strongly worded letter expressing a different outrage or condemnation sent to the admin the following day, etc.

Fuck Chuck. But you would think DiFi was old enough to remember when, during the Bush years, no Democrats were invited the “the party.”

Then again, perhaps it’s true: No light penetrating object can cross the Blum-Feinstein follicular matrix.

Grassley is simply representing his state here. Iowa has had an exemplary record on accommodating refugees for 40 years, ever since Governor Bob Ray made it a policy priority.

Thanks for the background.

Aw, gee, Chuck- are you getting dissed by Orange Julius 1st? How unUSual!

It’s your bed, Chuck- just don’t roll over!

Just more lip service from THE GRASSHOLE!

For generations, the United States has been a safe haven for those around the world fleeing persecution in their home countries. The Trump Administration’s refugee ceiling for the coming year maintains our nation’s generosity toward those in need

Really? How does this reduction of immigrants maintain our generosity?
