Graham’s choplogic explanation providing justification for McConnell’s outright theft of the Merrick Garland nomination was absurd, hypocritical, and defensive. Bringing up the Garland nomination, in the same angry speech where he complains that the recent actions of the other side is the straw that breaks the camel’s back of bipartisanship and normal order in judicial confirmation, is one of the most two-faced and arrogant statements ever uttered in the halls of the Senate.
Right. Because the Dems didn’t treat Gorsuch with respect AND confirm him. If Trump gave the GOP anything, he gave them the lesson to make EVERYTHING the best, the worst, the biggest, the most with no regards to the truth.
