Discussion: Graham: Nunes May Have 'Lost His Ability To Lead' Russia Probe (VIDEO)

Did Nunes ever have the ability to lead anything?

“I think he has to repair the damage,” the senator added later, arguing that the House committee “is off track and probably can’t get back on track.”

But Graham said that he will leave it up to House leadership as to whether Nunes should step aside.

Nobody can do passive aggressive like a Southern Belle.

There is no thinking.
He does not have the ability to lead, only to suck up.

I’ll take it. AT this point, we need allies, wherever we can find 'em.

Rs willing to challenge the thin-skinned Hair Furor - especially publicly - are a rare commodity these days. We need to encourage more of 'em.

OT, but Rasmussen now has PeePee at -10, making the Real Clear Politics aggregate at -10 overall.

WE’RE NUMBER -10
WE’RE NUMBER -10
WE’RE NUMBER -10

So much whining, er, winning!

True enough, but beside the point.

It is important for Graham to be saying this, especially now.

I think it’s fair to say that the R’s in the senate are looking down their noses at the R’s in the house.

I could care less about his sexuality. What I care deeply about is his willingness to step forward in this environment, as an R. We need more 'em though.

There was that time he led some cows into the barn to milk them.

Oh good, it’s up to leadership. Oy.
Meaning Ryan the guy that can’t pass gas but can pass the buck.

If it all hangs on Ryan, Nunes isn’t going anywhere and his mission of discrediting his own committee and hanging around so that he’s privy to all info is a success.

Graham knows this and he’s just as slimy as the rest. Mr.-I’ll go nuclear to get Gorsuch.

“Look, I’m a policy guy.” In an empty suit.

Umm, what’s his policy again? And by that I mean his policy that can actually be passed and do something, not his Ryandian dreams.

Dude has stepped one rung too far up the ladder and totally exposed his incompetence.

I agree about his, or anyone’s, sexuality as long as they try to right wrongs.
Where and how you get mud for your turtle does not matter.

Nunes is a dope from a hick district that is in way over his head. He’s likely guilty of coordination with Russia. I know it, you know it, and he knows that you and I know it, but he’s trying hard to block that out.

You are correct about needing allies wherever we can get them. Sen Graham is too conservative of course. But he’s not wrong 100 percent of the time. Our other SC Senator, Tim Scott, is ultra conservative and very unlikely to do anything that is anti-Trump. Sad…(to coin a phrase). He’s now sitting in the “Jim DeMint seat” for SC in the Senate. I’m betting that no “name” conservative will ever run against him, but Lindsey Graham will be facing either Nikki Haley or Henry McMaster in 2020 - unless Trump gets impeached (McMaster endorsed Trump early on). Haley was not a trumper and probably only got her United Nations job from Trump so that McMaster could become governor and set up his run for the Senate in 2020.
