Graham: ‘I’m Not Going To Ruin Judge Kavanaugh’s Life Over This’

So, you think he’s guilty, then.

What #kompromat did Donald Trump reveal to you that day on the golf course in Dec 2017, Senator?

“…turn over to the other side …” is all you need to know. They’re not concerned about Kavanaugh’s guilt or innocence. At. All.

Elsewhere in the interview, Graham bragged of having been “a prosecutor, defense attorney and a judge,” but defended Republican committee members’ decision to hire outside counsel to conduct questioning during the hearing.

“I thought it would be really smart to have somebody come in that knows what the hell they’re doing, to ask the questions, to be respectful,” he said, adding: “I think it’d be smart to have a professional litigator do this.”

CHICKEN! You’re yella.

He wouldn’t ruin Kavanaugh’s life, but would gladly ruin Dr. ford’s.

Got it. Ole Boy’s Club Strikes Again!

Rejecting him for a supreme court seat isn’t “ruining his life”. He can go back to his current judgeship, forcing minors in jail to carry pregnancies to term.

Lindsey wants nothing to do with women.

Lindsey–As several national commentators have noted, this incident is bad enough. What is almost as bad is the lying under oath, and the likely conspiring with Ed Whelan et.al. to concoct that stupid story to distract from the original accusation. That original incident occurred a long time ago–but Kavanaugh’s deceit is occurring now, in real time. That is most certainly disqualifying, whatever you think about the original accusation.

GOP will be renting a woman to do the questioning for them.

You are despicable AND deplorable, Senator Graham.

From another perspective, it appears to me that this is all falling apart, and the wheels have come off so long ago that we can longer see them spinning away. Or, to use another metaphor, they know they passed the event horizon but must insist that the forces ripping them apart aren’t really ripping them apart.

It’s a prelude to the end of the nomination.

“Graham said the committee’s Republicans were ‘11 politicians who haven’t done a trial in about 20 years.’”

You mean since the last time they smeared an innocent woman’s character when she had the audacity to come forward and tell the truth?

" I am not going to ruin Judge Kavanaugh’s life over this."

I am sure we can all feel for a man who, failing to secure a seat on the US Supreme Court, must instead return to his lectureship at Harvard, truly the lowest pit of hell.

Hmmm… They need an outside lawyer to question her because it’s so important? Why didn’t they do that on Benghazi, or with questioning Hillary Clinton or Strozk?

Will the outside “prosecutor” also be questioning Kavanaugh?

Is the argument now “we promised a SC seat to Kavanaugh and won’t disappoint him” ? That’s pretty weak !

Missing a SC seat should not ruin anybody’s life (yeah,he will be disappointed, I get it), but putting the wrong person in the SC seat can actually ruin the life for many people.

So you are going to attempt to ruin the lives of millions of women instead by confirming an arrogant prick who will overturn Roe and do away with “abortion inducing” birth control.

Burn in hell, Lindz.

I think this too. “I’m not going to ruin his life” is the prelude to the possible “so we’ll withdraw his nomination so he doesn’t have to face his accuser” gambit.
