Graham, Burr, McConnell proclaim repeatedly that an ACA repeal is very improbable at least this year. However, McConnell just announced that he wants an up-or-down vote by the end of June on the Senateās GOP-only proposal, presently being negotiated within their caucus.
It is possible that their palaver about the impossibility of repealing ACA intends to dampen widespread public concern and active resistance until the deed is done. The Trojan Horse ploy is legendary; however, a Kentucky Turtle ploy may be just as successful. Perusing this comment string suggests that yet again we are fatuously self-confident.
