I would agree, except I think Rob Portman got there first, and embraced becoming deplorable more thoroughly. But then, arguing over which GOP official is the more vile dickhead may be quibbling.
Graham also announced his legislation to repeal the 14th Amendment completely would force blacks back into slavery. Graham said: “it’s about time we did this. My family fought to keep slavery and we need to make the Confederacy great again”.

IF that’s what you want to think go ahead but they aren’t going to be able to get rid of a constitutional provision in any way other than amending the fucking constitution which one more time takes 2/3ds of the states.
