Discussion: Gov't Drops Summons For Real Identity Of 'Alt' Immigration Twitter Account

You mean the same right to free speech that the Twitterer-in-Chief has exploited for his own benefit for years? The same reason we’ve been subjected to his inane tweets all this time? Oh yeah, that.

So in the past month or so, Trump settled a lawsuit regarding Trump University, settled with Jose Andres, lost the “travel ban” twice, and now backs down to Twitter.

If I weren’t so sure he was winning, I’d think he was losing.

Yeah, you twit: the summons is no longer in effect because it was f**kin’ illegal. Why don’t you guys get a REAL lawyer instead of a paranoid hatchet man?

They dropped an unconstitutional and clearly illegal “summons” (read: threatening letter that quickly got called bullshit). How magnanimous of them.

Well, I guess it’s back to disappearing deporting any witnesses who might testify against the most corrupt disAdministration in American history.

Right. And if they want to pick on someone, how about going after the bot-weilers? Because without them, he wouldn’t have won?

And let us not forget the all too public failure of the effort to repeal the ACA on DAY 1.

So much winning!

If you don’t like hearing criticism, fat boy, go back to your ugly-ass penthouse. You weren’t elected king, to the extent you were elected at all, and we have laws in this country about free expression that we can and will fight for. Fat boy.

Oh well, I’m sure that if Hillary had won and appointed some sober, serious-minded person as AG rather than a dimwitted malevolent imp of Confederate Satan, Justice would be abusing process to suppress criticism of the government too.

FOX: Thats another win for Trump. Very presidential indeed.

I wonder what happened. It isn’t like the drumpfbots to choose the path of sanity, so there must be something somewhere that we don’t know about.

Does this mean Trumpp’s plan to crack down on thoughtcrime is in trouble?

Time to remind the judiciary of the record-breaking size of the inauguration crowd.

I thought Gen Kelly at Homeland Security was supposed to be reasonably sane but he hasn’t hesitated a second to do Trump dirty work.

As a taxpayer, I’m glad Twitter dropped the suit since they were looking for reasonable legal fees which they certainty would be awarded in this dumpster fire of an unconstitutional overreach by DHS. And partners at Wilmer Hale aren’t cheap.

As Presidential punching bags go, Trounce is one of them.
