He knows that immigrants – both legal and illegal – have far lower crime rates than native-born Americans.

I am sure GOP is aware of it; Immigration however doesn’t help the for-profit crime industry. Privatization of jails is based on crime growth; immigrants threaten these profits.

Yep, for a guy once derisively nicknamed “Governor Moonbeam,” Brown seems to be doing an awfully good job…and all while basing policy on actual facts. Who knew a thing like that could ever work?
