All of those folks paid into Medicare and Social Security the sooner they die the more money available for tax cuts!
When you are rich you need those tax cut saving for the 3rd or 4th house, Netjet dues, country clubs and your 4th wife that is younger then your daughter!

Well the Orange Wonder wants to be “unpredictable”. The health lobby needs to understand that and get on board with the required Trump worship.

You left out that it means fewer people bitching about the continued raiding of the Social Security Trust fund.

@cincypix: Don’t you mean “Get with the pogrom”?

“It’s not clear when people say they want to ‘repeal,’ what they mean by that. It may mean they just want to get rid of the individual mandate.”

It means: “We’re Republicans, we hate taxes and mandates, and we believe that all government services should be free.”

Everybody go read Josh’s blog titled “no Words”

I myself am a cancer survivor.
Without insurance I would be destitute, living on the street somewhere.
With insurance I have a modicum of dignity left.
That the GOP wants to do away with Obamacare and Medicare and any other care should make it plain that the GOP is anything but “compassionate”. There aren’t words strong enough to express my feelings about them.

Lets kill all insurance. Life, property, car, health insurance… all of it. Think of the money we would save! Lets let the hospitals and doctors go out of business. Lets get treated at home. As if we were in the middle ages again.
No problem
Right?
While we are at it just declare the orange shitgibbon king.
Sheesh!

And it’s going to take a loss of voters or donors instead of morality to get them to back out of this

What people “mean when they talk about repeal” is they don’t want to associate it with the black guy. So what we really need is for the new Gaslighter In Chief to start talking up his “replacement” plan that is actually exactly the same as the ACA. He was born for this. Time to use his powers for good.

Ah, Ah, Ah do buhleeeeve I feel an IBS flare-up coming on…

I think this all has to do with Obama Derangement Syndrome. If you let them repeal Obamacare, submit the replacement as the exact same bill with the sections renumbered or something, and call it Trumpcare or Ryancare, they’d be fine with it.

They forget —or probably more regret/resent that its origins were Republican and that Republicans nicknamed it Obamacare in mockery, then both the name and the program became popular.

Oops…I didn’t read yours before I wrote essentially same comment. So, agreed!

I don’t think Donny could find “good” if he fell over it.

The GOP doesn’t care what anybody thinks. The ACA was signed into law by a black Democrat and they’re pissed. To them, this is a tantrum that rises above the health and well being of the American people, economy, hospitals and insurers.

Good! Let the greedy bastards worry enough to close shop and allow a single-payer not-for-profit system to take over! Weasels! Their moron Trump KNOWS what’s best for them anyway because HE’S A BUSINESSMAN!

So was Willy Loman, and I do hope Trump ends the same way soon!
