Just an updated version of how Sadaam Hussein was guaranteed to use anthrax in crop-dusting planes vs the US. People put that out there then will the help of media lackeys, and the rubes believed it. Because it worked for the NeoCons in 2001+, the current crop of Cons think it will work again.

A Mexican Kenyan has just arrived at El Paso airport suspected of having Ebola. Found in his personal effects were an ISIS “club” membership card, along with various gay magazines.
The purpose of his entry into the U.S. ironically was not Ebola (although he has already infected and killed about 500 people).
It turns out that he was the last consultant hired by Eric Holder (before his resignation) to proceed to Ferguson, MO and start a Benghazi Justification Tour (B.J.T.), ending with an entrance (by the Secret Service) to the White House.
