Trump was likely set off by Pelosi’s calls to throw him in prison instead of pursuing impeachment.
There was no “call to throw him in prison.” In a closed door meeting, she was pressed for action on impeachment, and she said shes rather see him in prison. Why distort this into some kind of public statement? That’s just false.
