I wonder what old Raul would say if a bunch of left wing demonstrators occupied his congressional office? What is the difference Raul?

Contrary to what this steaming pantload believes the federal government hasn’t “taken over” any land.

The Malheur Preserve was created in 1908 by Teddy Roosevelt—from land the federal government has owned since Oregon was just a territory.
Prior to that, it was Paiute Indian land.

If a group of Black Lives Matter folks performed this kind of “civil disobedience” they would already be in jail, if not dead.

Raul Labrador has proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is too stupid to serve in Congress.

Raul’s probably packing, too, so it could get messy.

Not peaceful, armed. They are taking a position of intimidation, not peace.

The instant you hear the old canard: “Liberal Media” you know that the speaker is just full of shit and tap-dancing as fast as he can to get out of the question.

“GOP Rep. Says ‘Peaceful’ Oregon Militia Takeover Is ‘Civil Disobedience’.”

Just like when Mrs. Parks and Dr. King pointed assault rifles at federal agents.

civil disobedience is the willful but PEACEFUL defiance of civil authority… it doesn’t involve guns…

Fuck that. Like I said in another post…civil disobedience is all right with me, but arming yourself and threatening to shoot people if you don’t get your way is not “civil.” Nor is it “peaceable” assembly in this case.

Armed white people= Militia and civil disobedience
Unarmed black lives matter protestors = thugs and require SWAT and tear gas…

Labrador is the current occupant of the Congressional seat formerly held by the late great Helen “Black Helicopters” Chenoweth. In ID-1, intelligence is not a prerequisite for the job.

Thunderclap, get real: no one is too stupid to serve in Congress.

I tried to post on Labrador’s FB page that he was clueless, but it’s awaiting “moderation.”

Have at it if you like - https://www.facebook.com/raul.r.labrador/

If so, then they should be expecting to suffer the legal consequences. It’s all part of the game.

Labrador: To be fair, I would be equally generous if a Muslim takes over another abandoned building. Same goes if it was a African American, Mexican Rapist or even Hillary.

Rep. Raúl Labrador (R-ID) on Wednesday characterized the armed takeover of an Oregon wildlife refuge in protest of additional jail sentences for a pair of local ranchers as "civil disobedience," The Hill reported.

If it’s civil disobedience, then the people who are engaging in it should willingly accept the legal consequences. That’s what civil disobedience is: “I recognize that I am breaking a law and am willing to accept the consequences in order to make my point.”

Yeah. There’s always room for more stupid to serve in Congress. They’ve proven that, time and time again. Good point.

Spot on. If this is civil disobedience, the occupiers should be sitting in the building, waiting for the Feds to come pick up each of them and haul each of them off to jail. They can sing protest songs in the cells.

Q: What’s the difference between civil disobedience and armed insurrection?

A: A gun

EDIT: At least since the 16th Century anyway
